Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of your order and shipped 3-5 day mail. Shipping times may vary based on holidays, weather restrictions. You will receive a text with tracking after your order has been fulfilled. Once items are shipped issues or questions should be directed to the respective carrier.
When buying internationally we will not be responsible for fees or taxes that customs may impose. Items that are refused at customs and sent back will be refunded minus shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
